      Pros

      I am delighted to be a part of AddEvent's exceptional team. Our tight-knit global team is fantastic, and the management's genuine care for the team shines through. The work-life balance is superb, and the opportunities for growth are amazing.

      Cons

      As we are a primarily remote team, it can be easy to feel disconnected due to the absence of in-person social interactions. However, management is committed to actively engaging the team in various activities to help us all feel more connected.

      Pros

      Growing team with lots of opportunities to highlight your skills and be actively involved in meaningful work. The CEO & Founder care deeply about employee satisfaction and together have built a strong and cohesive team who are all passionate about their work.

      Cons

      Management is actively working to implement strategies for ongoing remote engagement, but with some of the team in different time zones, and about half of the team remote, it can be tough to always feel as connected as we'd like to be (because we actually get along super well and love spending time together!)
