      Dynamic organization Takes on challenges that make you upgrade skills. Salaries are excellent after latest revisions. Makes ones heart swell when you see your 2 years work being discussed in newspapers and appreciated publically Receptive management The company has a great future as a technology company. 5 days a week for the firmware and software teams.

      Cons

      1. The pressure becomes excessive as company delivers in 6 months what others will take 2 years to deliver.. 2. Evolving structures lead to confusions and role conflict sometime.
