At DFI, Doing the Right Thing is our everyday commitment — it’s how we earn trust, protect our people, and serve our customers better every day. Throughout May, we reinforced our culture of ethics, compliance, and safety across our markets through leadership town halls, refreshed ethics and compliance policies, safety training, and store engagements. More than 26,000 team members took part, with frontline team members sharing powerful insights on how safety comes to life in their daily work. What an incredible start to the month of June! We’re pleased to welcome our 2026 summer intern cohort to DFI Retail Group this week! Our 14 summer interns come from diverse academic and personal backgrounds, each bringing fresh perspectives and unique strengths as they begin their three-month journey with us. They will be supporting various functions, including Corporate Communications and Affairs, Digital, Finance, People & Culture, Retail Transformation, Sustainability and Technology — contributing to ongoing business projects and initiatives. In addition to their day-to-day roles, they will also take part in workshops, site visits, and a collaborative group project, all designed to accelerate their learning and create meaningful experience.
