Foyle Food Group is focused on only one food group in particular -- meat. And really only on beef and lamb, to be precise. The company was formed in a roll-up and now consists of Foyle Meats, Omagh Meats, Donegal Meat Processors, Foyle Proteins, and Hilton Meats Cookstown. It operates five production facilities in Northern Ireland and the UK, where it produces fresh, frozen, and processed beef and lamb products. Foyle's subsidiaries supply retailers and foodservice operators with its branded and private-label products. It has operations in Europe and China. Tesco , Ahold, and McDonalds are among Foyle's customers.
