Daimler Buses North America won't throw you under the bus. The company (formerly Orion Bus), a part of Daimler AG, makes vehicles that range from 30 to 40 feet in length and that can operate on natural gas as well as conventional fuels. The company is also developing a diesel-electric hybrid version of its Orion VII model that will reportedly be ready in 2010. Daimler Buses North America, which has a manufacturing facility in Mississauga, Ontario, and another in Oriskany, New York, sells its vehicles throughout the US and Canada.
