Gilroy Gardens Snapshot
Plenty of places have "gardens" in their name but don't mean it. Gilroy Gardens is not one of those places. Gilroy Gardens owns Gilroy Gardens Family Theme Park, a horticultural-themed amusement park in northern California designed to teach guests about the natural world while they have a good time. The park contains about 20 rides, such as the Garlic Twirl, Artichoke Dip, and Apple and Worm. It also features nearly 30 additional attractions, including six magestic gardens and the Bonfante's Splash Garden, a water play area. Its main attraction, however, is a grove of unusual Circus Trees that are more than 50 years old. Daily operations at Gilroy Gardens are handled by amusement park operator Cedar Fair.
