Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes. This role involves coordinating teams, managing schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. The Project Manager will play a critical role in driving project success through effective planning, communication, and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budgets
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of project requirements
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project progression
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines
• Manage procurement processes
• Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and milestones for stakeholders
• Lead project meetings to communicate updates and align team efforts effectively

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, schematics, blueprint reading.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and clients
• Relevant certifications in project management or construction (e.g., PMP) are preferred but not mandatory
