Job Summary

AlphaDX is seeking a visionary Cardiologist to help establish, lead, and grow our cardiovascular services program. This is a unique opportunity for a physician who wants to be more than a clinician and would like to play a meaningful leadership role in building a modern cardiac diagnostics platform.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help shape the direction of our cardiovascular program, contribute to service development, clinical pathways, patient education, and long-term growth strategy. This role also include the opportunity for equity participation in the business and profit-sharing, making it an ideal fit for a Cardiologist interested in leadership, partnership, and building something impactful from the ground up.

Our focus is on early detection, prevention, patient education, and long-term cardiovascular health, supported by a technology-driven and connected healthcare model.

Cardiology Services

1. 12-Lead ECG, Exercise Stress Testing

2. Holter Monitoring

3. Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM)

4. Event Monitoring

5. Adult Echocardiography

6. Doppler Echocardiography

7. Preventive Cardiology Programs

8. Women's Heart Health Programs

9. Future cardiac service expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide clinical leadership for cardiovascular services

2. Interpret ECGs, Holter studies

3. ABPM studies and other diagnostic tests

4. Support echocardiography quality standards

5. Develop clinical pathways

6. Collaborate with family physicians and allied health professionals

7. Support preventive cardiology initiatives

8. Strategic growth planning.

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

1. MD with specialist certification in Cardiology

2. Eligible for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba

3. Experience in non-invasive cardiology preferred; strong communication and collaborative skills.

Compensation Structure

1. Flexible compensation options including revenue-sharing

2. Fee-for-service

3. Medical leadership stipend, or hybrid arrangements.

4. Equity participation opportunities may be available for the right candidate.
