West Coast Family Dental Centre is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our team. Located in a rapidly growing area of Port Alberni, our practice is experiencing strong growth and currently welcomes 60–70 new patients per month, providing an excellent opportunity to build a thriving schedule and long-term patient base.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions
• Develop and present personalized treatment plans
• Provide restorative, preventive, and emergency dental treatment
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to provide an outstanding patient experience
• Uphold the highest standards of patient care, ethics, and professionalism

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals
• Eligible for CDAnet participation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Interest in mentorship and professional development is considered an asset
