Location: Multi-site: This position will be located primarily at new clinic and/or drop-down clinic spaces based in East Mississauga. The position will also occasionally work out of CarePoint Health’s main clinic location at CarePoint Health – 2695 North Sheridan Way, Suite 120, Mississauga, ON
Salary: $112,979.44-$132,917 and a comprehensive benefits package (including HOOPP pension)

CPH is also the Network Lead Organization for the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) Program in Brampton, Halton and Mississauga. OSP offers adults (18+) in Ontario free, short-term, evidence-based cognitive-behavioural therapy and related services for depression, anxiety, and anxiety-related conditions.
What is this role?
CarePoint Health is seeking a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner (NP). The NP will also work in collaboration with the affiliated family physicians and the interdisciplinary team to provide timely, effective and appropriate intervention for patients. The NP will also provide comprehensive primary care services for unattached patients within CPH’s geographic area. The NP will utilize his/her advanced knowledge and decision-making skills in assessment, diagnosis, and health care management, thus providing comprehensive health services to patients who include: the patient throughout his or her lifespan with a strong emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention. This expert practitioner’s role is to contribute to the quality of patient care through advanced practice, education, and consultation. The NP will hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive to other CPH sites within Mississauga and for home visits.
