What You Will Do

• Assist the Community Manager with filing, administration, marketing, and preparing reports
• Respond to inquiries and requests from prospective tenants, current residents, and trades in a professional manner
• Conduct property showings and support leasing activities for new and existing apartment buildings
• Assist with tenant move-in and move-out inspections and documentation
• Inspect apartment grounds and community spaces as required
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive property records
• Compose and distribute letters, notices, and email correspondence
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Manager

Additional Responsibilities

This role requires participation in an on-call rotation to respond to after-hours emergencies and resident needs. You will also support operational priorities such as assisting with the preparation of month-end turnover units, ensuring suites are ready for incoming residents in a timely and quality-driven manner.

• Proficiency with office systems and software, including Windows, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Property Management/Leasing experience considered an asset

Pay: $57,000.00-$64,000.00 per year
