About the Role
The Operations Manager is the driving force behind our day‑to‑day service delivery, team performance, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you’ll oversee field operations, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize workflows, and lead a team of licensed technicians serving residential, commercial, and municipal clients across the Kenora region.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership
- Oversee daily scheduling, routing, and dispatching of pest control technicians to maximize efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor workload distribution, seasonal demand, and staffing needs to ensure consistent coverage across Kenora and surrounding communities.
- Implement and refine operational processes, SOPs, and service standards.
Team Management & Development
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of licensed pest control technicians.
- Conduct performance reviews, ride‑alongs, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new team members to maintain a high‑performing workforce.
Customer Service & Client Relations
- Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Support commercial accounts, property managers, and municipal partners with tailored service plans.
- Ensure technicians deliver exceptional customer experiences at every visit.
Compliance, Safety & Quality Control
- Ensure all operations comply with Ontario pest management regulations, licensing requirements, and health & safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records for pesticide use, service documentation, and equipment maintenance.
- Conduct quality audits and field inspections to uphold service excellence.
Business & Financial Oversight
- Manage inventory, chemical supplies, fleet maintenance, and equipment procurement.
- Track KPIs such as route efficiency, service completion rates, customer retention, and technician productivity.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑control initiatives.
Pay: $95,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
