The Role
Reporting to the VP, Sales & Operations, the Onboarding Manager is responsible for delivering a best-in-class Franchisee experience by ensuring every partner launches and operates in full alignment with the Nurse Next Door system, brand standards, and philosophy of Bold Kindness and Happier Aging.
Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & Launch Excellence
- Lead Franchise Opener and Launch for new, expansion, and transferred locations, ensuring readiness to operate in full alignment with brand and system standards
- Partner closely with the HeartQuarters team to manage timelines and deliver a seamless onboarding experience
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with Franchisees, educating and reinforcing adherence to the Operations Manual, systems, and brand expectations
- Ensure all onboarding activities set Franchisees up to deliver on the Happier Aging promise and embody Bold Kindness in their local markets
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure all launch milestones are achieved and locations are operationally ready
Foundations Training & Brand Immersion
- Own the learning journey and participant experience for new Franchisees and Care Designer roles
- Facilitate training programs that embed system compliance, brand standards, Bold Kindness behaviors, and the Happier Aging philosophy
- Ensure all pre-, during-, and post-training requirements are completed to a high standard
- Maintain and continuously improve training materials to ensure they are current, consistent, and reflective of the Nurse Next Door brand
- Lead practicum evaluation to ensure Franchisees demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and on-brand behaviors required to successfully operate
Coaching, Engagement & Brand Standards
- Own the Franchisee relationship across operational performance, ensuring consistent adherence to the system and Operating Manual
- Leads the 16 week plan to ensure strong start for new Franchise locations
- Deliver coaching that balances performance acceleration with Bold Kindness, challenging directly while caring deeply
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement, leveraging data and KPIs
- Ensure Franchisees are fully utilizing systems, tools, and processes as measured by the Operational Excellence Audit (OEA)
- Collaborate with HeartQuarters to drive alignment, consistency, and accountability across the network
- Continuously evaluate internal processes to strengthen system integrity and brand consistency
What You Bring
- Minimum 5+ years of franchise experience (required), ideally within a multi-unit or service-based environment
- Proven ability to drive system compliance and uphold brand standards across a distributed network
- Deep alignment with and ability to model Bold Kindness and Happier Aging in leadership approach
- Strong operational leadership experience with the ability to influence, coach, and drive results across stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in performance acceleration using metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making
- A leadership style that is self-directed, accountable, and fosters a high-performance, values-driven culture
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to challenge, influence, and support Franchisees
- Strong business acumen including planning, analysis, and operational execution
- Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and impactful
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
