What We're Looking For
We care deeply about how you think, how you lead, and how you show up in complexity just as much as where you've worked.
A Role With Real Impact

You'll help shape how Earthscape grows from how we plan and invest, to how we measure performance, to how we operate as a business.
If you're someone who enjoys building clarity in complex environments, cares about people and performance, and knows how to turn financial insight into meaningful action, this might be your place.
What's in it for you
This role offers the opportunity to work on some of North America's most innovative projects while helping shape how the business grows and operates.
You'll work alongside a highly skilled, committed group of people who care deeply about the work and hold a high standard for how things get done.
