Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vinyl and Signage Graphic Installer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead vinyl and signage installations from start to finish, mentor junior installers, and ensure all projects meet high-quality standards and client expectations. Weekend and after-hours work availability is required.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and install vinyl graphics and decals and architectural surfaces (windows, walls, doors, floors).
• Coordinate and execute off-site installations at customer locations and job sites.
• Complete vinyl installations on vehicles (cars, vans, trucks, trailers, fleets) when required.
• Review project specifications and materials to ensure accuracy before installation.
• Oversee and manage installation schedules to meet client deadlines.
• Train, guide, and supervise junior installers on best practices and safety standards.
• Communicate with clients on-site and represent the company in a professional manner.
• Perform surface preparation and minor correction to ensure smooth application.
• Install large-format graphics with precision, ensuring proper alignment and finish.
• Remove old graphics from surfaces and vehicles as needed, protecting underlying surfaces.
• Conduct quality checks and final inspections to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Maintain all installation tools, supplies, and vehicles in clean and working order.
• Adhere to company health and safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in vinyl installation, including full/partial vehicle wraps and architectural graphics.
• Proficient in installing on a variety of surfaces and materials, including windows, walls, doors, and floors.
• Strong working knowledge of vinyl brands (3M, Avery Dennison, Oracal, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret installation diagrams and instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and workmanship.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to manage job sites independently.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, working on ladders, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
