Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to)
- Develop and execute operational goals and strategies for the Parts Department
- Lead, mentor, and support the Parts team while fostering a culture of exceptional customer service and employee engagement
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance development in a positive and constructive manner
- Manage inventory control, purchasing processes, and staff utilization to achieve departmental objectives and profitability targets
- Monitor and ensure all parts invoices are accurately processed, closed, and paid in a timely manner
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally in accordance with dealership policies
- Support all areas of the Parts Department, including retail, wholesale, front counter, back counter, and telephone sales
- Drive parts and accessory sales initiatives through promotions, events, and marketing activities designed to increase revenue, gross profit, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of manufacturer programs, warranty policies, and industry best practices
- Ensure all month-end reporting and financial documentation are completed accurately and submitted within established deadlines
- Monitor departmental performance through regular audits to ensure operational standards, customer service expectations, and quality requirements are consistently met
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience as a Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager in an automotive dealership
- Demonstrated ability to manage a profitable Parts Department in accordance with dealership objectives
- Strong inventory management, purchasing, and financial oversight skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to identify solutions and adapt to evolving customer expectations
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and operational excellence
- Proficiency with dealership management systems and data entry processes
- Successful completion of a criminal record check and driver's abstract upon hire

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
