Job Summary
AlphaDX is seeking a Manitoba-licensed Radiologist to support the development, leadership, and operation of our diagnostic imaging services. This is a unique opportunity for a Radiologist who is interested in taking on a Medical Director role and helping shape a modern, technology-driven diagnostic imaging program from the ground up.

The successful candidate will serve as the Diagnostic Imaging Medical Director / Facility Director, supporting clinical quality, accreditation readiness, image interpretation, reporting standards, and safe diagnostic operations. In addition to the leadership opportunity, this role will include the opportunity for equity participation in the business and profit-sharing, making it an excellent fit for a Radiologist who is interested in both clinical leadership and long-term partnership.

The role is designed to be primarily remote, with occasional onsite involvement as needed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide clinical leadership for diagnostic imaging services

2. Support accreditation readiness and compliance

3. Review imaging protocols and reporting standards

4. Interpret studies where applicable

5. Collaborate with Sonographers, Technologists and Physicians

7. Support quality assurance and patient safety

8. Advise on equipment selection and future expansion.

1. General Ultrasound

2. Obstetric & Gynecologic Ultrasound

3. Vascular Ultrasound

4. Soft Tissue Imaging

5. Future advanced diagnostic services.

Ideal Candidate

1. Licensed or eligible for licensure in Manitoba

2. Interested in remote/hybrid work.

3. Passionate about quality and patient-centered care.

4. Interested in building a diagnostic program.

5. Open to innovation and ownership opportunities.

Qualifications

1. MD with specialist training in Diagnostic Radiology

2. Registered or eligible for registration with CPSM

3. Leadership and quality assurance experience

4. Preferred; PACS/RIS experienced in Velox.

Compensation & Equity Opportunity

Flexible structure including contractor, part-time employment, medical director stipend, per-report compensation, or hybrid model. Equity participation will be available for the right candidate.
