Dentist Partnership / Professional Ownership Opportunity – Kamloops, BC

I am currently developing a brand-new oral healthcare clinic in Kamloops, British Columbia and am looking to connect with a dentist who may be interested in a unique opportunity.

This is not your typical associate position.

Approximately $800,000+ is being invested into the clinic build-out, equipment, technology, and startup costs. Funding is secured, site selection has been completed, and the project is actively moving forward.

The primary focus of the clinic will be dental hygiene and preventative oral healthcare. The hygiene side of the business is intended to support the clinic financially, creating an opportunity for a dentist to focus on restorative treatment without the typical overhead and startup costs associated with opening a practice.

Because of the ownership requirements under BC regulations, I am also interested in speaking with dentists who may be interested in acting as the professional owner through a Health Profession Corporation structure.

Option 1 – Professional Ownership Only

If you are not interested in providing clinical services and simply wish to act as the professional owner, compensation in the range of $5,000–$7,000 per month is available.

The clinic would operate primarily as a dental hygiene clinic, utilizing local hygienists and temporary hygienists to provide day-to-day patient care.

Option 2 – Professional Ownership + Clinical Work

For dentists interested in providing clinical services, my intention is to structure things differently than a traditional associate arrangement.

Rather than a typical production split, the concept would be for the dentist to retain ALL the revenue generated from their clinical work, less only the direct consumable costs and any assisting labour required to provide treatment.

The clinic's primary business model is hygiene care. Any restorative dentistry generated from that patient base becomes an additional opportunity for the dentist involved.
