Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable and growing dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality treatment and exceptional patient experience. This role offers an opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped environment with a supportive team committed to excellence in dental health. Candidates should possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for patient care. This position is very flexible with the hours and days the candidate wishes to be available to the clinic, however evening and Saturdays are when we see the most new patients and ideal hours for associate to build patient base.

Responsibilities

• Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and preventive care
• Manage pediatric patients with patience and understanding, ensuring a comfortable experience
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Tracker software
• Educate patients on oral health practices and treatment options
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control standards in accordance with industry regulations
• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques through ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Valid dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist in Ontario
• Experience working in a dental office setting; familiarity with Tracker system is preferred
• Experience or interest in pediatrics is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care and maintaining high standards of clinical excellence

Pay: $100,000.00-$400,000.00 per year
