What we are looking for:

We are seeking energetic, motivated, and career-minded Electricians who will be responsible for performing onsite installation and maintenance work within residential homes.

• Journeyperson Certification with FSR / Licensed 309A or 309C with a valid Master Electrician License
• Familiarity with residential electrical systems, generator applications, HVAC systems, and plumbing considered an asset
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Accountable and responsible mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Clear criminal record
• Safety-conscious with a willingness to learn and develop professionally

What you will do:

• Lead the successful completion of residential electrical and related projects
• Perform residential service and installation work on various home comfort systems
• Contribute to departmental growth through project completion and new initiatives
• Educate customers on the operation and maintenance of residential electrical infrastructure
• Complete general and specific electrical inspections
• Promote company products and services when appropriate
• Maintain integrity by recommending only solutions customers genuinely require
• Maintain communication with dispatch, leadership teams, and support departments
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences on every call
• Support health and safety standards and initiatives
• Mentor apprentices and support the development of future trades professionals
