Parts Advisor - Agricultural Equipment

Job Duties:

We are looking to add a driven, professional advisor to our existing team. Do you have what it takes to be a part of the Novlan group? Are you a fast thinker, good under pressure when busy harvesting and seeding seasons hit, have good communication skills with a wide range of customers, technicians and co-workers? If so we would love to hear from you. We have an opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor for our Lloydminster, SK location to join our expanding team.

A parts Journeyman or Red Seal endorsement is ideal or a minimum of 3 years of direct parts experience, preferably in Agricultural or Heavy Duty equipment. A background in farming/ranching is also beneficial.

• Experience in a Parts Advisory position in the Agricultural industry with focus on New Holland, Bourgault, Versatile, MacDon, Haybuster and/or other lines
• Heavy Duty parts experience is also favorable.
• Reading parts OEM diagrams, schematics and using industry specific software for locating and identifying equipment parts;
• Confident in assisting customers in person, on the phone and email
• Working with mechanics for their immediate parts needs;
• Following up with customer requests/orders on a timely basis;
• Opening/closing Work Orders;
• Working rotating Saturdays and on-call shifts in the evening and weekends;
• Heavy lifting, carrying and climbing required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Education:

• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
