Duties

• Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
• Manage and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee merchandising and inventory management to optimize sales.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, returns, and inventory updates.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies for sales growth.
• Oversee budgeting activities and ensure operational costs are maintained within set parameters.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times in the cannabis industry.

Qualifications

• Proven supervising or retail management experience with a strong background in team management and customer service.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficiency in POS systems, merchandising, pricing strategies, and cash handling procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the capacity to handle customer concerns professionally.
