Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Equipment Operator Apprentice to join our manufacturing plant team. This entry-level position offers hands-on training in operating various machinery and equipment within a dynamic warehouse environment. Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
• Engage in heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently as required for material transport and storage.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times.
• Learn to interpret basic math for product counts, measurements, and process documentation.
• Support the team during order fulfillment processes, ensuring quality, accuracy and efficiency.

Experience

• Mechanical knowledge or interest is beneficial for understanding equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Basic math skills necessary for inventory counts, measurements, and data entry.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in a physically demanding environment.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
