A brief 5 minutes overview of what you can offer them and what a personal trainer should be. A general screening of what they look for, like your skills, your experiences and overall relationship with clients.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Énergie Cardio (Montreal, QC) in May 2013
Interview
It was quite simple. I waited 10 minutes on a sofa at the gym, and then I was called into the manager's office. The manager was joined by the head trainer, interview lasted around 30 minutes, passed fast.
