Discussed how JLL valued sustainability and its progressive approach towards it. Was a leader in the industry and how I wanted to learn from the best. Placed value in its employees and has impressive employee retention. However they told me in my feedback 'I had done no research on the company' (although I spent 10 days researching the company). So who knows what they were looking for.
