- Unexpected error messages that does not mean anything to users (written in a way that can only be understood by developers) - crashing of the software (vanishing unexpectedly, which is seen especially in mobile application) - Interfaces that are beyond the area of the screen in which buttons cannot be clicked etc. - Interactive pages that have long response time
