This is a very broad question. It's very unclear what answer they're looking for. But in general you know that they want professional information about you. I usually talk about my schooling and previous types of projects I've worked on. If you're fresh out of school with little to no experience, you may talk about your schooling followed by what programs you're familiar with. This particular firm is big on computer software knowledge and it is definitely a plus. The more programs you know (especially for 3d design), the better.
