I made a plan as per India's scenario. However the EPAM Director had no idea about India Hiring. He thinks if you schedule 5 interviews one will get selected. Has no idea that in India there is something called as "no-shows" If you schedule 5, there are chances that 2 won't come. So, in my plan I had room for no-shows, 1st round rejects, 2nd round rejects and HR discussion declines and offer declines too. I made a plan that focussed on Joining and not just lining-up candidates. But I think he needs to broaden his horizon and mature upto Indian market to understand all this. Best Of Luck to his existing team in Alliance Global, Hyderabad! They are going to have an extremely tough time!
