I was pretty confident with my programming tasks and executed the expected out come. But the reasons they gave were pretty lame. Since I was not happy with the reasons I asked the consultant to go back with my explanation. But never heard back from Congenica. The second round changed my view about the company. Later heard its been ages they are looking for some candidate past few months. Hope they find right one if they exist,
