I wondered as to why they were so desperate to "teach and grow and develop" people with next to 0 qualifications, the people in my interview who made it to the last rounds had no marketing experience at all but were promised management opportunities. Having done my research, this is without a doubt a Ponzi scheme. I was asked to work 6 days a week up to 12 hour days for £200 a week w/out commission. I'd stay clear - something's off about this business.
