several parts, all requiring a very sharp mind and quick reasoning, especially you have to be able to estimate probability really well in seconds, the psychological test is pretty standard stuff

Why trading? Have you applied to any other places?
Multiple Rounds, first was behavioral and second was technical. They first did a pretty lengthy behavioral and seemed pretty good, but then the technical was mainly all Fermi estimations and market making games.
Online assessment followed by multiple steps of technical and behavioral interviews. Pretty standard process in general, positive experience. Seemed to care a lot about cultural fit more than other firms
