I was put off by the hiring manager's lack of preparation and attention - seemed to be working, and eating, during our call. Described company's expectations as "very high" (i.e. probably unrealistic) and was clearly alarmed by the prospect of upsetting anyone by telling them "no". Does not sound like a good place to be.
