Something is not working in their hiring process.
I sent my application using their website and after 5 minutes I received an email to schedule a call.
Wow. No, this is an automatic email and I didn't receive any answers.
After 5 days I received an email that the position was cancelled but at the same time I received also a message that the same position is available.
It's incredibile for a multinational company to manage in this way a process so important like talent acquisition.
Behavior based upon past experiences coupled with other open ended questions intended to understand how you interact with others. I used different answers with multiple people to demonstrate more mature experiences.
