Basically they ignore and don't respond to your applications for months. I had to connect through linkedin with the recruiter in order to get an interview. Interview made just for justify the wage of the philosopher (a philosopher who believes to be a recruiter, what a joke!). Pretty silly and superficial questions and in the end he tried to belittle me and my qualifications. They disciminate on your age and sexuality and make fun of it! Well, at least I know that I will never want to work in a company with rude and unprofessional people. Thank you! Furthermore, given the questions I understood that they spy your social networks! The entire process is unnecessarily long( 4-5 months and 5 stages )in order to justify the wages of the hr department! No connections no party.

where do you live? How old are you? They pay peaunts and want fresh slaves to exploit.
Got two phase. 1st is virtual and 2nd is face to face. They do ask 3 months payslip and IC copy before interview which I think not good unless you are being hiring. Red flag
Repetetive questions, nice HR but manager seemed judgmental, since I had no experience in this field (kept asking about finance, when I said i have no experience), overall i did not have a very great experience.
