I applied to nestle through our college campus placements. Initially we send our resumes to the company HR they shortlisted through our resumes. The first round of interview is Aptitude test, it is little bit though.

In Aptitude best they asked about verbal ability, logical reasoning, data interpretation and quantitative aptitude

Interview
The interview is mainly about understanding the candidate's personality and attitude towards challenges and pressure. It could also include a sales pitch and some basic arithmetic questions about discounts and profits.

Interview
It was a good experience. Though he was fixated on "why Nestle?" But I felt I got to learn a lot about it. But he kept asking why Nestle. Though I actually learnt what pressure you have to handle.
