Behavior-based questions. prepare some examples that you can use. You are more than welcome to write examples out in preparation and bring them with you to the interview.
• These questions are opportunities to show how you think and act (your past behavior will predict your future performance)—try to come up with specific examples such as your leadership qualities, how you coach and manage your team through challenges, any major projects you have led or overseen, improvements you’ve made that have impacted your team, department and/or facility, TPM or Continuous Improvement projects you’ve driven, etc.
• Be sure to highlight the full details of each example to include the overall situation, what your steps/actions were, and the outcome or result (following the S.T.A.R. format – Situation, Task, Action, Result).

Interview
The hiring and interview process was very easy as well as quick. Very similar to other places in the same field. Interview was around 30-45 minutes long and hiring process was 1-2 weeks
