During my interview period, I was subjected to three different interview dynamics for three different positions. The first time, me and other applicants were called to a room, presented with the bank's values and career outlooks, asked to introduce ourselves and our qualifications and then subjected to a group dynamic where we had to provide a briefing for a solution to a presented issue. The second time, I was called personally by my would-be manager and put under a speed test to see if I could manage learning about a subject quickly enough to produce a professional presentation for upper management's decisions, which was related to the position I'd ultimately end up filling. The third time I was called (by mistake) to the most interesting dynamic by far, where about 20 potential interns were put in a large meeting room with several coordinators and by the end of the day, people would either be hired, added to the talent bank or told they don't have the profile the company wants.
