The way they provide feedback is arguably unfair. If you’ve secured the role, you’ll immediately be notified. Two people in our cohort were offered the job, and the rest of us had to wait more than two weeks to get feedback – only after following up. Some of the other graduates felt as though Newton’s feedback process was disrespectful, but Newton Europe is unfortunately just another consultancy with limited time at the end of the day. If you don’t get feedback on the day, ask around as someone else may have.
