Every day I make a to-do list organized by priority. I tackle the items that are immediate and on fire from each of the executives. I do this in a detailed, meticulous fashion- double and triple checking everything. When supporting mutliple executives, you must give each person equal attention- all might not be demanding 100% of your capacity at all times, but you must give each person's work load equal attention and detail. Other things that make my work successful are: detailed notes, lots of spreadsheets, color coding, intense calendar management and asking a lot of questions.
