I've never been asked this before by an prospective employer so I was a unprepared for the question. I don't think I answered it very well but my interviewer was very kind and let me stumble my way to a coherent thought. After giving the question more consideration, I realized I learn processes best by doing and knowledge best by reading. And I think knowing this has helped me take on bigger projects and tasks outside of my comfort zone faster than if I didn't.
