Do not be fooled by this company’s glossy corporate presentation decks or their structured Greenhouse hiring portal. Behind the polished facade lies a profoundly disorganized, amateur-hour talent acquisition and departmental operation that actively exploits candidates’ time. They issue dense, multi-task technical assignments under the guise of an interview process to extract free consulting, only to completely ghost seasoned professionals after receiving the work. This is a highly unethical, transactional strategy to harvest intellectual property for free.On top of this, their compensation packages are severely below market standard. They rely heavily on lowballing young, inexperienced professionals, subjecting them to psychological manipulation (PUA) under high-pressure environments. The workplace structure is strictly a "one person per silo" setup where you are treated as an expendable placeholder to clean up a messy operational reality.Unsurprisingly, employee turnover is extremely high. Do not waste your hours, your skills, or your mental health on a company that cheapens professional labor. A massive red flag for all job seekers in the logistics and operations industry.
