The first round was GD. It was based on a caselet provided to each of the candidates. Imagine you are the cluster manager of spandana.. They will give u a list of 10 problems you face in a day..So you will have to prioritise each problem,like which should we solve first and write it down on the caselet.Later u will have the discuusion based on why u feel one problem is serious than the other.The list of problems were: Robbery in a nearby branch, a branch manager not coming to the branch, audit in 2 days, some clients cannot pay back loan, 2 out of 5 credit assistance didnot return after collection,server is down so cannot take money from bank, the operating branch got only bronze after last time's audit, certain client's are coming for loan disbursement etc...
