This employer advertises vacancies without closing dates and without salary details, plus salary expectations were not checked on application. Therefore I believe your own salary expectations could fall short if an offer is made, or your expectation too high for the employer to make than offer. The application process was the very slow, taking six weeks in total from first application to expected offer deadline. There was a telephone interview after approx two weeks and a face to face interview after another three weeks and finally over a week waiting for an offer/feedback that was never received. Neither was feedback given on request after waiting for this employer to contact me. Overall a poor impression of how management treat their prospective employees.

The interview was with Flakt Group Semco. It was an hour long interview with three people, who were all engineers. Very friendly atmosphere and lots of casual questions besides the usual. Went back next day for a interview with the CEO and Director of Sales.
