I am a former employee from Loft9. The interview process at Loft9 is not a joke. The situation here could actually happen to you when you are meeting with your client. The client can be multitasking and might not even give you a eye contact, but that doesn't mean you as a consultant loose focus and not show interest in what you are there for.
