I shared that I arrive on time and don't leave early, or take long breaks. That I don't call in sick, unless really sick, and commit to a company, as was demonstrated at (... a couple previous positions). I sensed this was a sensitive topic for them for some reason... perhaps others there did not have a very good work-ethic?
