They are looking for people who are not above getting their hands dirty during hectic events. My answer described my compassion to help people in need and make sure whatever needs to be done is done well in order for the team to reach its goals. I also used a specific example from a previous role where multiple hats were worn to accomplish the companies mission. You truly do not have to be a marathon runner to be successful here, but you do have to care about secure operations, logistics, business operations and marketing of large events and should demonstrate past successes during interview.
