We certainly did not mean to make anyone feel uncomfortable, however the aim of the assessment day is to get to know the candidates and their capabilities. We do get a lot of positive feedback from the day and successfully recruited a large number of graduates. Nevertheless, we are keen to get feedback from the candidates after the assessment day so we could improve our process.
