Codility interview question

Codility offers two services that complement each other: CodeCheck for screening (tests for developer positions) and CodeLive in which you can pair programme, draw, have voice and video connection - a tool for technical interviews. A Product Manager comes to you and says that the adoption of CodeLive is not satisfactory, he doesn't know why. How would you help him figure it out?
