They are very unprofessional in terms of salary negotiation. After 3 rounds of tech and managerial interviews hr contacted me for salary negotiation, we both agreed upon a number which was lesser than my expected salary and she told that you will be receiving your offer letter in next 2 days but after 2 days another hr calls me and tells that they won’t be able to give this much package and she tried to come to more lower number (in terms of package). I told her that previously we were agreed upon a number then after the interview why you are doing so. She kept on telling this is not as per our policy. Then why have you wasted my 2 weeks for that?? This shows there ill management system. Note: I answered all the viva questions and all the coding interview question correctly.
