I asked to tell me more, and was told this: it's a program that you download on your computer, and it tracks you so you don't have to clock in or anything like that. It's supposed to make that process automatic, so that we don't do it manually, or else it would be too much work. The software takes a screenshot of what you're working on every so often, and it also takes a photo of you from your webcam. It's just in the background, not a big deal.
